We spoke with Mel about DreamChamps and our concept hit a nerve. Turns out, she was discussing the subject of college graduates and job searching on her radio show the very next morning! Sparked by a recent study that says 85% of college students are moving back home this year, Mel invited our co-founder, Jill, to share our philosophy and advice with her listeners.
